About this role: We're looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to own the systems, data, and processes that power Astronomer's marketing engine. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Marketing and manage a small team (a Senior Manager focused on campaign operations and a coordinator/specialist you'll help hire). This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on: you'll partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to turn data into decisions, while also building and optimizing the infrastructure that lets the team scale. The right candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys both the big picture and the details. You can present a budget model to the CMO in the morning and debug a Marketo flow in the afternoon. A Senior Director title is available for candidates with the right experience and leadership profile. What you get to do:

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $190,000 - $230,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package.
